Hello,
I'm getting this error message from BVCommerce:
"That label wasn't found. Please check your tracking number and try again."
THis is a label that BVC just generated. However, the page that comes up that is supposed to display the shipping label comes up blank.
I also accessed the folder where BVCommer stores the UPS information and did not find a lable corresponding to today's date.
I'm at a loss to try to explain where this label is. Can anyone shed light on what's happening with our shipping labels?

Most likely a windows permissions problem and the label wasn't written to the /images/UPS folder correctly.
