Paypal Express error on checkout - Please help ASAP

I have the same problem as (http://forums.bvcommerce.com/default.aspx?f=89&m=57718&p=1) ... it is working fine if i select a country without state/zip, else I have got the same errors in my event log. It is urgent .. please help ASAP. I am using BV Commerce 5.4, I have tried what is written here: http://forums.bvcommerce...f=88&m=52635&r=xbut without any results. Thanx alot.

This is happened just from my country (which is not US) .. the customer from US can access paypal successfully

the problem not in the currency .. the page have not been redirected to paypal at all .. and in the even log i have got : "Paypal Express Checkout Failed - Specific Errors to follow"
and "Paypal error number: 10736 - Paypal Error: 'Shipping Address Invalid City State Postal Code' Message: 'A match of the Shipping Address City, State, and Postal Code failed.' Values passed to SetExpressCheckout: Total=$3,350.00 Cart Return Url: BVModules/Checkouts/Paypal Express Checkout/Checkout.aspx Cart Cancel Url: /checkout/checkout.aspx"

even I have selected the correct state with the correct zip code for US

ok .. thanx Marcus for your reply .. I think I have found the problem .. paypal express check the combination of address,city,state and zip code. before I was put anything and it was working with pre version, but it seems it is different now :) if you can check this problem too http://forums.bvcommerce...=100&m=61962&p=1because it is too urgent also :( Thanx alot.
