When the authorized and the paid don't match, the shipping button on the order page goes to the error page and the order has to be manually put in UPS to ship. Shipper won't recognize and pull it. It seems to be fine as long as authorized and paid match. Sometimes people call in and change their orders. Any ideas why it would do that? How do I fix it? Thanks!

Not sure, but I've had the same problem on a few orders that - come to think of it - I may have adjusted the shipping cost prior to capture.

....Never made the connection. I don't have any such orders pending at the moment so I can't check (BVC doesn't store an edit to shipping so I can't look back)

Anyway, in Shipper my orders show up but I've had a few that I had to manually connect to Fed Ex Ground (my only ship method) so Fed Ex Ship Mgr. would 'find' them in Shipper's list.

Not sure this is the problem you're having, I've never gotten an error in Ship Mgr. or BV admin though, just not set properly in Shipper for Fed Ex Ship Mgr.

Anyone else?

If you get a chance, maybe you could do a test order and adjust and try the button. Maybe you never hit the "shipping" button on the order because you have Shipper. We never really did either. Let me know. Maybe this is a BV5 bug. Thanks!
