Hi, We get this error on one of 4 sites we upgraded.

We did the 5.5 upgrade to a cart that was 5.4.

Mark,
FeaturedSpecials is a custom block that you or someone created for your
store.
The RandomNumbers function has moved to the BVSoftware.Web assembly so you
need to change your reference from Utilities.RandomNumbers to
BVSoftware.Web.RandomNumbers
