When we get a orders.
Is it possible to setup options so multiple people can get email notifications.
That way if someone is out of the office, someone else can cover.
Ideas? Thank you.

One client has them sent to an alias, which forwards to 3 unique addresses. This also ensures that any customer responding directly to the email they get is received by at least 3 people. Effective communication between the 3 or a CRM solution is needed...LOL..
As a quickie though, try adding multiple email addresses comma seperated.
Dashboard > Options (top Nav) > Orders (Left Nav) > "Email New Orders To:" field |

Try listing multiple addresses separated by a semicolon. For example, [email protected]; [email protected]. |

You have to enter that directly into the database as the validator on the page won't let you do it. Alternately you could disable the validator...probably easier. |
