Sales Tax is not being calculated/displayed to the customer before checkout. Also not being calculated/displayed when placing an order through Admin.

It looks like this "bug" is only affecting the (soon to be deprecated?) 3 page checkout. 1 page checkout seems to be fine.

I didn't see any problem with it when I set ours up. I ended up modifing Sales tax because we don't use it the way most others do.
I didn't see any issues with it at all.
