When I came into the office this morning I noticed we had a ton of emails saying customers could not select a payment method. It seems as if overnight all the info on the payment page has disappeared. I can't even reenter it because it's not even showing up under the admin panel (see attached image). All that is on the payment page now is a sign up for paypal and google checkout. Any ideas on what happened and how I can get it back? I am the only one with access to the admin section and as of now nothing is being sold. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Joseph BV5 user. Just found out that not only is the above payment error happening, but the shipping is not calculating on the site (see attached). These must be related. They happened over night with no changes on my part. Any help would be appreciated. Problem Solved: It was yet again our hosting company. The database was hung up. This happens about 3 times a month. Could anyone recommend a hosting company as it is clearly time to switch? Any and all recommendations would be appreciated.
