We are implementing tracking for Commission Junction. It's very straightforward for regular store orders. However, for Google Checkout orders you must pass extra information via the API request (see http://code.google.com/apis/che...acking.html#XML_Examples). The problem is that the XML elements that need to be used have been added since the version of the Google Checkout code that BV currently uses.

Has anybody tried to upgrade the Google Checkout code to the latest version from Google?
