Product admin not working

I am trying to create an admin user name that has access to products only and it's not working correctly. I created a un and added product admin to groups. When you log in it's like a normal no admin access user. Any suggestions?

You need to add the permission "Login to Admin" to the user group(s), Product Admin in this case, that you are assigning to users.
