How to creat Dynamic Category for items ON SALE

What is the best way to go about creating a category that is Dynamic for the products that we have on sale. I know i could just manually add them to the category but I would like it to be automatic. If the item is on sale then it is added to the ON SALE Category and is removed when the sale ends?
Is there a way to do this?

not ootb, but it can be done with some programming. I had Aram from avecom to do this for me. http://www.medsupplier.c...ent-and-supply-sale.aspx
