You know.... we joke about it that nobody ever calls when things are running smooth.


Knock on wood, don't want to jinx it, but I'd like to say thanks for a very smooth year for my client's hosting with Resposio. I can count the downtime on one hand, better yet maybe three fingers. each finger = 1 minute. Honestly, I'm rounding way up!



Every application has bugs, regardless, my client's are fighting the good fight, I see orders in the queue. I see satisfied customer reviews of products and satisfied customer emails about great customer service & timely shipping. I see fantastic engine performance, fast websites, many clickthroughs. We wouldn't be able to do this without Marcus and BV.



We've had an eye opener of a year and my client's and I have all exercised many levels of resiliency to better understand our markets and drastically changing spending habits. For anyone interested, do a wikipedia on 'kaizen'.
