We have just started getting "source file cannot be read" errors on all our store MP3 downloads. I am not sure what would be causing this. The downloads were working before. I checked the products and all the MP3's are still attached to them and they are uploaded into the file vault.
Any ideas on what causes this? I am under pressure here!! :freaked:

I checked out my event log and have several entries and am not sure which one is for the read error. Here is one of them:

Looks like your server or the site's App Pool is running out of memory. It could also be a full hard disk. |

Aaron, It seems like this is a problem with our hosting company. Is there any tips to "clean up" the site on my end? Do I need to clear any log files etc... ? The site hosts a lot of large audio files for purchase and is currently taking up 1.01GB of space.

Suzanne,
Not knowing your environment, I recommend that you speak with your hosting company or your developer to resolve this. |
