All Payment Options Dissappeared for an hour (SP3)

At 1pm EST today, all my payment options have dissapeared from my admin and my store. I reset my web.config file and now they are all abck. Whats that all about?

Payment options are loaded on application_start and held in application memory so we don't have to reload them for every single transaction. I have heard from a couple of other stores that on memory limited servers with high traffic this can happen. A site reload or scheduled nightly reload of the app pool will fix this. If it is happening frequently it is an indication that IIS is dropping below the required amount of memory for BV Commerce and you need more server resources.
