Missing order numbers... are these declined orders?

I am noticing that there are some missing sequential order numbers. Since I have the workflow set to not accept declined orders, would these missing order numbers have been assigned to customers who had the card declined and therefore did not complete the order?

You can usually find them by looking at the Shopping Carts -- comparing the time of the carts with the time of the missing order -- you can then usually see if a payment rejection was the issue. |
