Is it possible and if so has anyone developed a payment module for Quickbooks Merchant Services?

Thanks Jens

We developed one for BV 2004. I'm sure that it could be ported to BV 5. Let me know if you're interested and I'll see what is entailed.

I have worked with the Quickbooks SDK. I just took a look at the QBMS SDK asp.net samples and it looks easy enough. Let me know what you come up with.

Thanks,
Jens

We used their services for a few years. After thousands of transactions and not a single chargeback or even a dispute they held tends of thousands of dollars without so much as a phone call. It took 3-4 days to straighten out (business days...so like 6 days total) before they released the funds. Worse they held all new transactions too. A lot of businesses would have been put under in that time.

We switched to First Data a year ago, the money shows in the account within 24 hours versus 2-3 days with QMS. Will never go back.

If you're familiar with the SDK and ASP.NET, you could build it yourself, right? It will take us a few hours to port it to BV 5 and test it, so adding that time and a license fee, you're probably looking at a minimum of $500.

If anyone is interested, I have developed a gateway for bv5 that interfaces in with Quick Book Merchant Services (QBMS). Please feel free to contact me.

Thanks,
Jason
