IE8 - Shipping Rates and Address Book don't work

I just noticed that Internet Explorer 8 is serving 404 when clicked on Get Estimate button in Shipping Estimate and the Address Book button on the Checkout page.
Shopping Cart > Shipping Rates > Get Rate -> 404 Page not found.
This works in every browser except for IE8.
Checkout > Login > Address Book button > 404 PAge not found
This also works in every browser except for IE8.
I use BV SP2. So what needs to be done to fix this?
