I tried a fresh 5.7.1 install. Actually 5.7 and then later the patch files. I can't get it to go. Logins are throwing 503 errors and crashing my worker process. I've checked permissions and spent a couple of hours messing with. Anyone else?

Give us some more info, IIS6 or IIS7 and OS.
You have .Net 4.0 installed on box? If so make sure you are running ASP.Net 2.0.50727 On the ASP.NET setup in IIS.

Andrew,

The patch from 5.7.0 to 5.7.1 does NOT include recompiled binaries from the /bin folder. If you started from 5.7.0, you should copy the changed files from the 5.7.1 patch AND copy the /bin folder from a full 5.7.1 install to make sure you have the latest code.

It was local dev work so no SSL. We needed to knock a store out so we went back to 5.6. I think we are going to go straight into 6 on the next store.
