I have my first order for my on line store, but I cannot retrieve the credit card number.
How to retrieve the CC number so we can ship it.
Help!!

how are you processing cards? Through a gateway or manually? If manually, there is a setting somewhere under options to"display full credit card numbers"-- but if you are processing manually, then you are not going to have the CVV and you are no longer PCI compliant. I think to remain PCI compliant, you have to process through a gateway and at least authorize at time of sale |
