I have an order that I cannot view or edit and is preventing some of my reports from running.
What would be the best way to remove this order from the db...here is the error message from the log
An entry with the same key already exists.[ at System.ThrowHelper.ThrowArgumentException(ExceptionResource resource) at System.Collections.Generic.SortedList`2.Add(TKey key, TValue value) at BVSoftware.Bvc5.Core.Orders.LineItem.GetCustomerVisibleInputsAndModifiers() in c:\workspaces\super8x64\BVCommerce\Main\App\source\BVSoftware.Bvc5.Core\Orders\LineItem.vb:line 684 at ViewUtilities.GetInputsAndModifiersForLineItem(Page p, PlaceHolder inputModifiersPlaceHolder, StringBuilder sb, LineItem lineItem, Location where) at ViewUtilities.GetInputsAndModifiersForLineItemDescription(Page p, GridView gv, Location where) at ViewUtilities.GetInputsAndModifiersForAdminLineItemDescription(Page p, GridView gv) at BVAdmin_Orders_ViewOrder.ItemsGridView_DataBound(Object sender, EventArgs e) at System.Web.UI.WebControls.BaseDataBoundControl.OnDataBound(EventArgs e) at System.Web.UI.WebControls.DataBoundControl.OnDataSourceViewSelectCallback(IEnumerable data) at System.Web.UI.DataSourceView.Select(DataSourceSelectArguments arguments, DataSourceViewSelectCallback callback) at System.Web.UI.WebControls.DataBoundControl.PerformSelect() at System.Web.UI.WebControls.BaseDataBoundControl.DataBind() at System.Web.UI.WebControls.GridView.DataBind() at BVAdmin_Orders_ViewOrder.PopulateFromOrder(Order o) at BVAdmin_Orders_ViewOrder.LoadOrder() at BVAdmin_Orders_ViewOrder.Page_Load1(Object sender, EventArgs e) at System.EventHandler.Invoke(Object sender, EventArgs e) at System.Web.UI.Control.OnLoad(EventArgs e) at System.Web.UI.Control.LoadRecursive() at System.Web.UI.Page.ProcessRequestMain(Boolean includeStagesBeforeAsyncPoint, Boolean includeStagesAfterAsyncPoint) ]

Not sure but does the "Cart cleanup" option under the admin area Options -> Orders -> Run Cart Cleanup clean up get rid of stuff like that?
It would be cool if there was a SQL add-in in the admin area where administrative scripts could be added and ran at any point in the future. |
