Hi there, does BV Commerce 5.7 or any of the out of box gateways support Verified by Visa?
Thanks
Shan

Good to know thanks Kim. I guess that means no support in the new version? I wonder why...actually I don't mind, I hate the verified by visa security program personally...just a nightmare trying to remember yet another password

Yep, had a client considering verified by visa security recently. Dropped it due to the complication of the pin or additional login. I know if I was faced with that during a checkout I most likely would not continue.

I completely agree! It was a barrier to me purchasing stuff on a site some time in the past. I didn't know what my VBV password was and just gave up in frustration. Then I ran into VBV processes in the future and even though I remembered my password by that point, the implementations seemed very haphazard and just an extra unnecessary step. I suppose perhaps for some very large transactions or other scenarios, VBV might make sense.
Thanks

Does anyone use the "Pay Phrase" concept on amazon?

Nope...what are your thoughts on it? Gimmick or useful?
