Hi all, after searching forum posts it seems like BV Commerce requires full code trust in order to fully function. So a shared hosting deployment won't fully work. Can anyone confirm that? |

All three of the host advertising at the top of the forums here can fix you up fine with shared hosting. Also check out the VPS hosting offered by Appliedi. In some cases a great fit. Use a VPS for the site and shared SQL server for the database. |

Thanks Kim, I'm likely going to stick to 1and1 just for the relationship that I already have with them, although I have no doubt those providers would be good fits. I'm assuming though that a medium trust environment won't work be compatible with the BV Commerce software? Thanks |

BV Commerce 5 will not work in the default medium trust configuration supplied by Microsoft. I think most hosts tweak the default a little bit to fit their environment, but not in a way that would make BV work. |
