Custom URLs not redirecting - may be IIS7.5 issue?

I'm running version BV Commerce 5 SP3.2 and am not sure why, but the Custom URLs are not redirecting at all.
I'm pretty sure it was working on IIS6 just fine, so I think there may be an issue with IIS 7.5 (Windows Server 2008 R2).
Anyone else run into this? I have the complete source code (purchased a year ago) and am finishing up a project site, but noticed this problem.

Copied the iis7web.config settings over (from the 5.4 update) into the web.config file.
It works now!
