I know other people have had problems with gift wrap, but I cannot find anything the same as our problem.


We have a couple of web sites running BVC 5.7.3. Switching on the gift wrap option for either individual products or globally, inserts the correct buttons, etc. The gift wrap link works okay and it is possible to insert a message. However, the gift wrap amount never gets added to the total.



Is there something I am doing wrong? Is there a fix available for this before I start delving into the code?
