Hi,

I've been told by google to contact my cart provider for details on what to put in this field in my google account, but I'm unable to find the info here in the forum. So what put in is https://mywebsite.com/googlenotify.aspx

It seems everything is working correctly, ie: I'm able to receive orders, issue refunds, but I keep getting the email below:

Attention required: order notification failing

We've made several unsuccessful attempts to send order notifications to your notification callback URL, https://nicegesture.com/googlenotify.aspx As a result, you aren't receiving order status, risk, or other notifications.

To help you identify the issue with your callback URL, please review the errors we encountered while sending notifications to you. To review this error information:

1. Sign in to Google Checkout.
2. Click on the Tools tab.
3. Click Integration Console.

Error messages will appear under 'Integration Issues.' If necessary, you can also update your callback URL in the 'API callback URL' box on the same page.

I'd greatly appreciate any help regarding this issue.

Hi,

Thanks for your response. I checked to see if the merchant id, key under payment options>googlechechout matches with what was issued by google and it does. In my google account, Notification is set to xml, api version 2.0. The error message is below:

We encountered an error trying to access your server at https://nicegesture.com/googlenotify.aspx -- the error we got is Send failed with code: 405. Try adjusting your link using the www in google setup.
https://www.nicegesture.com/googlenotify.aspx

Without it you may be getting an SSL error.
This site only has Google checkout?
