First, when we add a product to a category it may or may not appear in that category. We have to actually go add it from the category page, having it checked off in the product - category section means nothing.


Second...when we view a product page when logged in as an admin we no longer get the "edit product" at the top of the page, we get instead Column1 Column2 Column3 as if it doesn't know we are on a product page?

Can't say I've ever seen that issue. Are you getting any errors when you add a product to a category? How many products are in your categories?

This is most likely happening because your Product Templates are not using the Product.master page (possibly because the file doesn't exist) but instead are using Default.master.

Hi Aaron, that's odd. Re the category it seems to be only after the recent update but I see others reporting similar issues.
