Just a quick question for those running 5.x what memory foot print are you seeing on your stores worker processes?

Thanks Aaron that is most helpfuly, without going into to much detail what sort of traffic rates are they seeing?
0 - 100 hits per day
100 - 1,000 hits per day
1,000 - 5,000 hits per day
5,000 - 10,000 hits per day
10,000 - 15,000 hits per day
15,000 - 20,000 hits per day
20,000 +

I don't know about hits but I can tell you about real daily visitors (excluding bots). Even on startup sites that may only see 100-200 visitors, the site will still typically consume 100-120 MB. That just seems to be par for the course. On higher traffic sites 3,000+ visitors I've seen it use over 200 MB. The memory usage will vary over time, though, so keep that in mind. |
