We would like to set USPS as an alternative shipping option to the Ups we already have. we are using the BV Commerce 5.7.3 I set up to have UPS and USPS and only UPS works. USPS changed their API so the integration in older versions of BV Commerce are now broken. The latest version of BV Commerce (5.8), has the updated USPS API integration. |

Hello
I need to define USPS methods on a BV5.0 site. I wonder how complicated would it be to upgrade it.
It has not been customized at all. Any help would be appreciated.

I got your email, Alex. My response is that you will need to upgrade your site to the latest 5.8 version. It might be possible to only upgrade the USPS portion of the code, but that might take almost as long to complete and you would still not have a PCI-compliant site. Either way you will need to have an active maintenance plan to get the updated USPS code. |
