It would be great to have a record at the top of each product of "date added" and if possible "date modified"
IE, I mean in the product admin so we can compare addition dates to index/first orders etc.

This could be done with concurrency as the data tables most likely already have this built into them, but may be using the time stamp, which would mean this part would need to be altered to a real date/time as the timestamp is basically useless for actual time.
