Froogle Feed Issue - Some URLS Not Being Generated Correctly

The feed that is generated by BVC for Froogle Feed (Google Base) is generating some of the URLs incorrectly. It looks like it is only on products with product variations. In the Google Base, if you click on a link it brings up a 404 not found error. If you copy/paste the URL directly from the feed into a browser it is also a 404.
Does anyone have a solution to this? Is there a setting I need to modify in the BVAdmin in order to get this generating correctly?
