I am using BV2004 with the payflow pro plugin that I had purchased a while back from BVTools. Looks like Paypal is making some changes and the plugin may no longer function on Sept. 1.
Anyone else in the same situation? Suggestions?

I'm in the same situation. I think that we need to get some update from BV Software so that the BVSoftware.CC.PayFlowPro.dll passes a new required field (Vendor).

Bad news...BVC 2004 can't handle the new vendor field.
Will need customizations to do this...to the CC processor web page and the BVSoftware.CC.PayFlowPro.dll.
Not sure where to start.
Or, upgrade.

That's not the response i was hoping for.
Upgrading isn't really an option at the moment. I have a lot invested in my current store.
What to do?
