HI Andy:

We are having problems with our shipper 1.4. We were suing FEDEX as a carrier and all of sudden the FEDEX integration was just dropped by shipper and when we try to switch it on from the Carrier Options it give a message:

Ship manager has not been installed. Please correct the error below before you try again
Fedex ship manager must be installed before you can enable the interface. FEDEX Integration Assistance Install Location not found


Can you please advise how we can correct this problem. We have not done anything since it was working except for perhaps a FEDEX update that it does by itself during boot up:

Any help will very very much appreciated as we are dead on the water at this point.
