.5 second page loads are just too long to wait.... tell Resposio that their network is slow...LOL.
looks great Tom. Speed & usability go a long way and your site is clean & mean.
Forgive me but I find that the square border around the thumbnails on the category pages kind of takes away from the product. Have you tried it without the border?

Thanks, guys. Based on your suggestions I'm working on reducing image size and css size. I don't know if it's worth looking into viewstate issues that I saw on previous forum posts. Matt, I read your post too fast and thought you were saying load time was slow. Now that I read it more closely, you were being sarcastic. Silly me... Anyway, like I said, I worked on speeding it up by reducing .gif colors from 256 to 32 or even 16. It reduced my image sizes by nearly half. I also put my css through a css compressor at http://www.cssdrive.com/index.php/main/csscompressor/ and that helped, too.
