Aaron Could you please advise about posting code on the forum. In case such as http://www.bvcommerce.co...-Reoports.aspx#post28142Where posting the 5.8 globabl.asax file modified would have been useful for the user, would this be allowed? I don't what to be posting code which is now under your Intellectual property. Some guidance on this would be most helpful especially as there is no free version at the present time.

Good question, Steve. I'm fine with posting code snippets and generally even an entire file or class. The only thing to keep in mind is that not all customers are entitled to the latest source code, so try to avoid posting an entire file or class which contains updated code. |
