BV 5.8 is sending shipping updates to our customers that purchase non shipping items. 5.7 did it as well. How do we make it stop? I think I need to change a workflow somewhere but I'm unsure which one and to what.

You can remove "Send Shipping Info To Customer" from the Shipping Complete workflow however this will stop all shipping notifications regardless if the item is a shipping item or not.
