I just had AppliedI install Comodo SSL Cert.

Now my entire site is now using HTTPS:// not just the Checkout and Admin.

What do i need to do to correct this?

Go to Options >> Security and make sure that your "Site Standard Root" URL is not https.

That is the way i have it, that was my first thought.

Could it be something about the way AppliedI installed it on my site?

Also should i have the "Use SSL" Check box checked or not? Right now if I check it i get an error going to the main pages. I'm guessing that is because everything is using HTTPS:// right now.

Yes, it could be something with the server setup (e.g. ISAPI Rewrite redirecting something that it shouldn't be). When you have a site with an SSL cert you should check the "Use SSL" checkbox.
