Thanks. It looks like SmartPost is not currently supported with our API implementation. I did a little reading on the FedEx site and it looks like you need a special contract with FedEx to use SmartPost. It sounds like it may also require a separate account number, but it wasn't clear from what I read. Anyway, it looks like our API implementation could be updated to support it.
Are there any other merchants out there with an interest in SmartPost? Has anyone ever used it? Some of the comments I encountered during my brief research were not overly kind. Most of the comments were complaining about the slow shipping. Granted, if the cost is significantly less than that may be OK. |
