Couple of questions:

1) What are the columns required to import products back in to BV. Every quarter we get manufacturer wide price changes, so exporting the whole list and only importing the required columns to make changes would be great.

2) When you export choice combinations and then import the updated data, does it know to update the choice and not create a new product?

3) If we were to import a new product that has choices, how do we add choices to the spreadsheet?

For the product import, the Sku, ProductName, and SitePrice fields are required. Everything else is optional.

It should, provided the Sku matches a product in the database. Let me know if it's not doing that.

The product import does not currently support editing the choices, modifiers, and inputs that are assigned to a product. It only supports editing of the choice combination products.

Just curious, would there be any interest in filtering what columns could be exported? If we could filter everything required, plus basic pricing and meta tags... that would be awesome to save some time deleting the columns in the sheet itself.

Looks like it is updating the choice combos.

The import/export framework is easy to customize. It follows a similar architecture pattern to the feed engine. In fact, the export actually uses the feed engine.
