When assigning products to category and then grabbing them to re-order according to our "manual" order ... they appear to re-order fine with everything stacking into place, however this arrangement does not save. When we leave the page and return to category, the products do not re-order according to our selected ordering. If we go back into the select products page, the products are indeed still in the original order... no manual ordering.
What am I missing?

This is a bug that we've identified. It doesn't seem to happen in all browsers and/or environments, but we have a fix for it that will be included in the first service pack. Please submit a support ticket and we will send you the code fix. |
