I have one issue with my shopping cart.

i have one weird issue in my website.

for some products if i add quantity bellow specific number then shipping is counted and it will show the shipping cost for FedEx 2 day and FedEx 3 day as shipping method and if I input quantity more then that number then shipping method shown.

for example I have ProductX for which if I order it with quantity 14 then FedEx 2 day and FedEx 3 day shown if I Order more then 14 then only fedex ground is displayed.

and when I see in the audit log I found following value

Thanks! One more question: on the Languages page in the admin (Options >> Site Settings >> Languages) do you have Size Units set to "Inches" and Weight Units set to "Pounds"?

What's happening is that the calculated shipping package size for your items is exceeding FedEx's size limit. If you enter the shortest product dimension as the height, rather than the length, you will get better results. Still, if you purchase a high enough quantity of an item you will run into this issue.

One way to overcome this problem is to create a Package Rules shipping method and define the maximum package size.
