Enable Account Creation Required? not working

Hi All,
We're using bv2013 and trying to get the Enable Account Creation Required (on the one page checkout) as optional , by not selected the required option. But this does not seems to work. Any body come across this issue before? |

If I had to guess I'd check the "Checkout Selected" and "Checkout Started" workflows to see if either contain the "Require Login Before Checkout" workflow step. If so, remove it. |
