File Upload doesn't show up in Print Templates

How do you get uploaded files to show up in the Print Templates? I have multiple file uploads per item. It shows up in Admin Orders and without any type of heading, but not in the Print Templates. TKatch attached the following image(s):  11354_admin.gif (16kb) downloaded 9 time(s).You cannot view/download attachments. Try to login or register.

Yes, the file path does not show up. So when I print the invoice I can't recognize that a file has even been uploaded.
