Just wondered has anyone had any issue using bvc 5.8 and attempting to to find a user via the following code
Dim thisUser As Membership.UserAccount = Membership.UserAccount.FindByEmail(emailAddress.Text)
I get the expected results if I search for the user using the criteria option, but not using this method. Is this a bug in the Bv 5.8 core?

Check to see if there are multiple accounts with that email address in the database. If so, that was a bug that we fixed in BVC 2013. |
