I've added text into the One Page Checkout Plug-in for Review Instructions. All of the other text fields show up on the check out page, but nothing shows up for this field. Ah yes, I needed to make the change in the One Page Plus area. I had used the plug-in area to make the change to the One Page checkout only. Thanks.
