Available Feeds error when upgrading from BVC2013 to 2015

Hi, Im trying to install a clean version of BVC2015 to avoid the upgrade errors, but I'm stuck on the install. This is the error I'm getting:
Compilation Error
Description: An error occurred during the compilation of a resource required to service this request. Please review the following specific error details and modify your source code appropriately.
Compiler Error Message: BC32035: Attribute specifier is not a complete statement. Use a line continuation to apply the attribute to the following statement.

Any suggestions? You would think that a fresh install on a new server wouldn't have this problem.
