I don't see a US Postal Service International Small Flat-rate box shipping method offered on BV. There is an option without the "Small" designation and one for "Large". Using the one without the "Small" designation is reporting the much higher cost of a "Medium" Flat-rate box according to USPS.com. How can I implement the USPS International Small Flat-Rate Box pricing on my site? A $30 shipping cost difference will definitely win us some new international customers!
