Currently, in a user's account, it only shows if they have a Loyalty Points balance or not. I think it would be helpful to see a history of Loyalty Points activity in the account (date and amount added, date and amount subtracted, date debited/order used for, etc). If it would be overkill to have that many columns, then maybe just having a notes field next to each Loyalty Points balance change (still tracked), so we can make specific notes about each balance change if need be.
