Error Occurred while Searching product

Hello Team,
We are using BVC 2015.We are having issue with search functionality. If we set "Enable Advanced Search" property to false then searching is working but if we set this property to true then searching is not working.
We have debug the code and found that "[bvc_Product_SearchEngine_s]" and "bvc_Product_StoreSearch_s" stored procedure are used for searching for different conditions. But not able to find out reason or settings due to which searching is not working when we set "Enable Advanced Search" to true.
Could you please help us to resolve this issue?

A few questions: - Which version of BVC 2015 are you using?
- Is this error happening for every search or just certain keyword searches? If the latter, please provide examples of searches that are succeeding and ones that are failing.
- Which fields are you searching (as set on the Options >> Site Settings >> Search page in the admin)?
- What changed to cause this error to occur where, presumably, it was not occurring previously?
