Whenever customers use PayPal Express as their payment option, their PayPal account email address gets imported/overwrites their account email address (or email they manually entered).
This is causing a major issue as we have a design review process involving us contacting the customer via email for their approval. Many customers use a "junk" email address for their PayPal account, and therefore do not see our emails with their designs.
Is there a way to prevent their PayPal email from importing/overwriting the email address already in the email address field?

This should be doable, but it will require that the PayPal integration be customized. |
