A customer tried using two promo codes for their order. Each code reduces the order total by $75. On the screenshot they shared, both codes are listed, but the order total was only reduced by $75.
Both codes allow the usage of others with them, do not exclude price groups, and have a once-per-store usage. Is there any reason the codes wouldn't work together?

OK, I thought of one scenario:
If the coupon code that didn't work had already been added to the cart but an order was subsequently placed using that code, the code would remain on the cart but the discount would not apply. You should be able to determine if this is what happened by running a Sales By Coupon report for the codes. |
