We've had a few customers tell us their provided coupon code isn't working when they place their orders. Some have never used their code before, but others may have done so (they are allowed to share their code with others).
Is it possible for a coupon code to have been used too many times in general with this set up, even if a particular customer has never used it?

It looks like there is a bug in a change we made in BVC 2020 to account for non-account customer coupon use. The best thing would probably be to revert this to pre-2020 functionality. This will require running a SQL query directly against the database. If you need the query please open a support ticket. |
